I have a favor to ask of you all.

I need my skin to clear up quickly since its all spotty and ew so I was wondering do any of you guys have remedies or solutions I could try out?

Also, I need to eat healthier and since Korean food is so healthy I was also wondering if you guys knew any recipes I could try.
